What it does

    Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint and more, with scheduled delivery by email or to a document library.

  • Data-driven subscriptions

    Content and recipients chosen by data: who, when and what.

  • Context-sensitive content

    Reports filter by the current user, or by where they are opened.

    SSRS 2008 R2 or later reports migrate as they are. Also compatible with Power BI Report Server.

  • Works with ListSync

    ListSync collates SharePoint lists into SQL; BI Service turns that into scheduled, exportable reports and SharePoint dashboards.
