What we’re building
A new project management platform for the AI era.
It has no name yet and it isn’t finished. Here’s what’s wrong with project tools today, where we’re heading, and what we still need to hear from you.
The problem
Project tools ask a lot and give back little.
We have built solutions for project teams since 2013, and we keep seeing the same friction. But your version matters more than ours, so each problem below is a question.

Where we’re heading
Seven goals, all in development.
Some are in development, others are goals we’re working towards. None is available yet, and we’ll share dates and pricing when we’re ready.
- In development
Its own scheduling engine
We're working on a scheduling engine of our own.
- In development
AI bots as schedule resources
We plan to let AI bots be assigned work like any other resource, with permissions and human approval for what they do.
- In development
Bring your own AI
We plan to let customers connect the AI they already use.
- Goal
Works with the tools you already use
We aim to make it easy to connect with tools like Microsoft Teams, Power BI, finance systems such as Xero or SAP, and your own automations.
- Goal
Your methodology, your way
Waterfall, Agile or a mix of both. We aim to support the way each team actually runs its projects.
- Goal
Project data that fills itself in
Getting people to update the system is hard, yet everyone wants accurate reports. We aim to use AI automations to help fill in project data, so reporting reflects reality.
- Goal
Timesheets that feed the schedule
We aim to have timesheet hours flow straight into schedule actuals, with no re-keying.
- Goal
Prioritising projects
We aim to help you decide which projects matter most, and see what that means for everything else.
- Goal
Workforce capacity and availability
We aim to show who is available, who is overloaded, and what your team can realistically take on.
- Goal
A platform that won’t vanish underneath you
We’ve felt it ourselves: platforms changing or being retired from under you, and licensing dramas. We aim for a stable platform with simple, predictable licensing.
- In development
Bring your projects with you
Project Server on-premises is supported until at least 2031. When you’re ready to move on, we plan to bring your projects across, including Microsoft Project files (.mpp), SharePoint project information and data from other project tools, so switching doesn’t mean starting again.
Moving on
Moving from Project Server, or another tool?
Project Server on-premises is supported until at least 2031. We plan to provide a migration path for teams ready to move on, in their own time.
We also aim to support automatic migration from several other project management tools, and a path for project information held in SharePoint. These are goals, not products yet. If you’re planning a move, tell us what your team needs.
For enterprise PMOsAI, with people in charge
AI does the work. People approve it.
We plan to let AI bots be assigned work like any other resource on a schedule, with permissions and human approval for what they do. We also plan to let you connect the AI you already use, rather than forcing a new one on you.
The same idea runs this site: the AI team asks and listens, and you check every answer before anything is sent.
