Is the new platform available yet?
Not yet. It’s in development, and we’ll share dates and pricing when we’re ready. Join the waitlist to hear when there’s something to try.
What is it called?
It doesn’t have a public name yet. For now it’s “a new project management platform for the AI era”.
What will it do?
We’re working on a scheduling engine of our own, AI bots that can be assigned work with human approval, bringing your own AI, a way to bring your projects with you from Project Server, SharePoint and other tools. Those are in development. We also aim to tackle integration, methodology flexibility, AI-assisted data entry, timesheets, prioritisation and capacity planning. See all seven goals.
Are Thor and the bears real people?
No. They’re AI members of the ThorApps team, clearly labelled AI, and they’ll always say so. Meet the team.
Why bears?
Because our founder’s surname is Bear, and we never want to hide that they’re AI.
Is anything I type on this site sent anywhere?
Only what you choose to send. When you submit a form or vote in a poll, your answers are stored on ThorApps’ own systems and used only to shape the platform and to contact you if you asked. Questions you ask Thor (AI), and his answers, are kept for up to 90 days to review and improve his answers, and aren’t linked to your identity. We aren’t tracking you: we only use functional cookies, and no analytics or third-party trackers. We never sell or share what you send with outside third parties, except where required by law.
Can I use my own AI to answer?
Yes. Ask the AI you already use to summarise what frustrates you about your project tools, and paste its answer into the pain-point form. You check every answer before anything is sent.
We run Project Server on-premises. What does this mean for us?
Project Server on-premises is supported until at least 2031. We plan to provide a migration path for teams ready to move on, in their own time. Tell us what your PMO needs.
What happens to ThorApps’ existing products?
Our existing apps are still supported. Documentation and downloads are on the support site, and you can read about them in our history.
